Crime Prevention & Awareness
PUBLIC SAFETY
Dog Walkers Watch
Dog Walker Watch (DWW) is a crime awareness program sponsored by the National Association of Town Watch and coordinated locally by law enforcement agencies and crime watch groups or other community organizations. The program encourages dog walkers nationwide to serve as “extra eyes and ears” for local law enforcement agencies in the ongoing crime prevention efforts. National Association of Town Watch invites you to register for the Dog Walker Watch Crime Awareness Program and turn your neighborhood into a safer, more alert community.
Project 365
National Night Out is only one night, what about the other 364 days in a year? Project365 goal is to extend the efforts of crime prevention, police-community partnership and neighborhood camaraderie beyond National Night Out. The yearlong program provides neighbors an opportunity to work together with the assistance of law enforcement to build a safer neighborhood. The program utilizes the goals of National Night Out to encourage local communities to work together towards a common goal over the next 365 days.
